Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders between 5-7 days from when you place it with us (if not sooner!) 

We send all orders 2nd class with Royal Mail, the cost is £3.00. Alternatively, we offer local delivery to certain postcodes (Reepham, Cawston, Aylsham, North Walsham) we charge £1.00 for this, just to cover costs. 

You'll be sent a notification as soon as your order has been shipped/ delivered, this can either be by email or SMS depending on what you chose at checkout.



You have the right to return your unused goods within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund you must return all items in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of returning items, this must be done at your expense, proof of postage is necessary.

Please note - Sale items & gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds.

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, you will be sent an email notification to confirm this, then another once we have approved/ rejected your refund. 

If you are approved, the money will be refunded to the payment method you used to purchase, please allow between 5 - 10 business days for this to show on your bank statements.
